After a first year building our model in Morgantown West Virginia, we’re growing! With our partners at the state and local level, and the support of local healthcare leadership, FwdSlash will be bringing our successful Fully Managed SDoH model - which guarantees housing, curates food, transportation, broadband and targeted case management for housing and social services, in addition to health care Northern Kentucky! Of course, the work will continue in Morgantown, as well, and potentially will grow into other communities soon.

We’re also ramping up our support of local community non-profits, providing necessary technical assistance and support for critical backbones of high-need communities, to ensure that they can successfully expand into the rapidly growing Medicaid ecosystem. This will be aided by the growing request for technology integrations, and our democratically driven Braided Co-Operative. Soon, community based non-profits in our network will be fully supported in their journey towards serving the country’s most marginalized communities, families and individuals.
